An intense purplish red coloured wine with deep aromatic notes of juicy plum, fresh violets and roses and a hint of cedar. In the mouth, it is medium bodied and round in texture with plush, raspberry, vanilla and violet notes. This leads to soft tannins and a persistent finish. The grapes are hand picked and the wine is aged in French oak for 6 months.Try with red meats, raw ham, medium cheeses, grilled meats, pork and grilled chicken.Highly Recommended 91 points Decanter Magazine October Edition 2021.

Only available while stocks last.Spicy, berry-filled Sangiovese, perfumed with roses, violets and potpourri, followed by a mouthful of blackcurrants.Food Matching: Pappardelle with chorizo sauce, charcuteries and light cheeses Vinification: After traditional pressing the juice goes in the fermentation tank with a capacity of 200/600 litres. The temperature for the fermentation is around 24-26°C and it goes on for 10 days. The wine stays in contact with the skins for 8 days and after the malolactic fermentation it is stored in tank. This preserves all primary fruit aromas keeping the wine fragrant with an appealing nose.
