Grapes are sourced from Murviedro's 300 hectares of vineyard, and a further 1,500 that they control in

Made from a selection of parcels from 15 - 25 year old vineyards located in Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa. After de-stemming the grapes are crushed and the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks. Once fermentation has finished the wine is put into barrels for ageing. The wine is aged for a minimum 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Once the wines is bottled, it is kept a further 12 months in bottle before release. The wine in an attractive colour with soft spice and refined oak on the nose with a depth of jammy red berry fruits.
