that provides long lasting flavours.

Ruby red in colour. The nose is intense, with a pronounced presence of fruity aromas such as cherries and strawberries as well as truffle and chocolate. Medium bodied, well balanced, and delicate, with particularly smooth tannins and rich acidity, resulting in a juicy and very pleasing wine with a persistent finish.Ideal with meat-based dishes and stews. This wine shows a unique harmony with grilled blood sausage, slow-cooked beef, and pastas such as gnocchi with blue cheese. Serve at 18ºC in a Bordeauxstyle glass. The grapes for this wine come from organic vineyards of Los Morros and Los Robles in the Maipo Valley. Soils are alluvial, rich in minerals with good drainage and irrigated by water from the snow thaw. The grapes were hand picked. The Maipo zone has ideal conditions for growing Cabernet Sauvignon. The Maipo River regulates the temperatures naturally and prevents frost and extremes of heat and cold. The spring of 2013 was slightly colder than the historic average, followed by a summer with high temperatures, which accelerated ripening and prevented the delays that were initially predicted for the 2014 harvest. Rainfall in the Maipo Valley was concentrated in the winter months and reached approximately 250 mm, which is well below the nearly 450 mm recorded during the 2012–2013 season. The grape reception area includes a double selection conveyor belt that allows selection first at the bunch level and again after destemming. Vinification begins with a 4–5-day prefermentation cold soak at 8ºC followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts at 26ºC and a pumpovers program determined by enological criteria. Malolactic fermentation takes place naturally in tanks and barrels, where the wine is aged at controlled temperatures for 12 months. It is neither fined nor stabilized; it is just lightly filtered with a 1-micron cartridge filter priorto bottling.Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans. This wine is Organic.

Also excellent paired with pastas such as rigatoni and ripe cheeses. The Colchagua Valley extends from San Fernando in the north to Chimbarongo in the south. The climate is Mediterranean, and the area receives winds from the south and morning fog. Springs are frost-free, and summers are very warm, which encourages proper ripening. Summers are hot but with cool night temperatures. The soils are medium to very deep, of alluvial origin, and have a silty-loam texture that allows for good vine development. The grapes were hand picked in late April and early May and submitted to a week-long pre-fermentation cold treatment at 8ºC (46ºF) to extract more fruit characteristics. Alcoholic fermentation took place at 25º–28ºC (77º–82ºF) with pumpovers determined by daily tastings through the end of the process. A post-fermentation maceration followed, and then the wine was devatted, separating the free-run wine from the skins. Malolactic fermentation took place naturally. 20% of the wine was aged in French oak for 6 months and then blended for a more complex character.Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans. This wine is Organic.

Picking takes place in early September. The wine is made from the first pressing of grapes, this gives a
light fresh style. Fermentation takes place at relatively high temperatures to reduce fruit flavour. This
makes a very neutral wine which is perfect for the production of sherry. The wine undergoes
malolactic fermentation. In the February after harvest the wine is fortified with grape brandy up to
15% abv. Once at this stage the wine is then added to the youngest Criadera in the Solera. The wine
then begins its ageing process under flor. Only 20% of finished wine can be removed from the Solera
in one year. The average age of the Fino solera is 4-4.5 years old.Suitable for vegansSuitable for vegetarians

on the palate with elegant tannins, delicately balanced acidity
and a lovely fresh finish. The Guedes family had always rated the quality of the Herdade
do Peso grapes – they had been using them in their Vinha do
Monte wines since the early 1990s – and jumped at the
opportunity to purchase the estate in 1996. Situated in the south of
the Alentejo, in the sub-region of Vidígueira, the Herdade do Peso
estate covers a total of 457 hectares, 160 hectares of which are
currently planted with vines. Winemaker Luís Cabral de Almeida
makes expressive and generous wines that reflect the warmer
climate of the Alentejo.
VINEYARDS
Despite its southerly location, Vidígueira is one of the cooler
Alentejo sub-regions and benefits from cool Atlantic air funnelled
inland from the coast by a gap in the surrounding mountains.
Limestone soils help to control vine vigour and lend elegance to
the wines. All of the Herdade do Peso vineyards are sustainably
farmed and an on-site dam provides much-needed water to
irrigate the vineyards during the Alentejo summers.
VINIFICATION
Following full destemming and gentle crushing, maceration and
fermentation took place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled
temperature of 26ºC over a period of around eight days. After
malolactic fermentation, the wine aged in second, third and
fourth fill French oak barrels for around six months. It underwent a
light fining and filtration before bottling.

flavours that meld with the satisfying spicy notes from Cinsault.Best served chilled, this rosé is ideal for lunchtime with Mediterranean cuisine.Olive groves ('Oliviers' in French) and vineyards flourish side-by-side in the sun-drenched
Mediterranean summers of southern France, where the Grenache and Cinsault grape varieties have
been made into rosé wine for over 2,000 years. The two varieties meld together to make a rosé which
is at once exuberantly fresh and tangy yet soft and smooth, laced with a gentle spice and brimming
with the natural richness of ripe fruit.
The colour is an appealing pink with cherry-coloured hints. Fresh berry aromas and a fine mousse lead
to redcurrant and citrus notes on the palate, balanced by bright acidity and a clean, dry finish.Just drink for pleasure - with / without friends and family. The grapes are sourced from the hills above Treviso - the traditional vineyard area for Prosecco. They
are softly pressed and the must is fermented in stainless steel for 15-20 days. Then the wine is blended
with Pinot Nero (which is vinified as for red wine) - giving an appealing rosé colour. After blending
the wine undergoes a second, temperature-controlled, fermentation in stainless steel tanks and on lees -
before bottling and release.

name from the windmill ('molino') that sits on the edge of the
vineyards where they produce their fruit. In contrast to other
windmills, which turn in windy conditions, this particular windmill is
"loco", the Spanish for crazy, as it turns only on calm, still days.
VINEYARDS
The vineyards are located at an altitude of 500 metres above sea
level. They are dry-farmed and the clay soil is poor, meaning that
the roots of the vines grow deep into the earth in their search for
minerals and nutrients. This helps to ensure healthy, ripe, full of
flavour grapes. The Monastrell vineyards are over 18 years old,
while the Syrah vines are slightly younger, averaging around 15
years.
VINIFICATION
The grapes were gently crushed before being fermented and
macerated on their skins for 10 days at a controlled temperature
of 24-26ºC in stainless-steel tanks. After fermentation the wine was
aged very briefly in oak to round out the tannins. The delicate
grape processing preserved the natural fruit purity and freshness
that is so typical of the Molino Loco style.

fermented in open bins and hand-punched four times a day. The rest was fermented in a
rototank. No commercial yeast was used as these grapes ferment well with their own yeast.

Intense ruby red colour with a complex bouquet, reminiscent of cherries, raspberries and redcurrants. The oak ageing adds a pleasant roasted and spicy aroma. The palate is full bodied, supple and well balanced with a long finish.Just before harvest the grapes, when the grapes are fully mature and are ready to be picked, the stems of the bunches are twisted so that no further nourishment reaches the grapes, thus inducing a natural drying of the grapes on the vine. The bunches are left for about 12 days and lose approximately 25 - 30% of their weight in water, concentrating their flavours before harvest. Perfect with roast red meats and mature cheeses.
