undergo a low-pressure pressing process to obtain the free-run juice. Fermentation takes place in
stainless steel, and is stopped with the addition of grape spirit.

A delightfully soft and mellow wine wade from a mixture of Shiraz, Tempranillo, Grenache and Mataro all grown organically. The wine ahs a perfumed fragrance of plum, cherries and raspberries. The palate is soft with layers of strawberries and poached rhubarb with really gentle silky tannins. This wine is organic.
