A heady perfume of freshly picked irises and peonies drift above the crushed berry fruit nose. The fleshy, luscious, cherry flavours and hints of rose are typically vivacious, backed up with a touch of spice and good depth. Light and fruity. In the winter serve with roast lamb and in the summer chill and serve with roast barbecue chicken and pork. Suitable for vegetarians.
