This wine beautifully showcases Wairarapa Sauvignon Blanc, with the region’s cool, dry climate and free-draining soils proving perfect for the variety. Grapes from our home vineyard and select sites across the valley create a rich palette of flavours to blend. Through attentive vineyard management and naturally low yields, we achieve ripe, intensely flavoured fruit that defines this wine.Suitable for vegetarians.
