Aged in the cellars for 11 months in used oak barrels - 10% of the blend was in new oak - before fining and filtration. Perfect with cured meat as an aperitif or enjoy with a meal of seafood.

Eastern Veneto and at the foothills of the Dolomites in Trentino Alto Adige.
The grapes are harvested in early September during the cooler hours of the day
and taken immediately to the vinification cellar where they are cooled, they
are de-stemmed and crushed with the destemmer press and the must with the
pomace is conveyed to the cooled press where it remains in cryo maceration for
a few hours. The must is transferred to stainless steel tanks and kept at a
temperature not exceeding 14 ° C for about 30 days. The must remain on its own
lees for about 1 month in stainless steel tanks.The wine is then drawn off,
separated from the pomace, and transferred to stainless steel tanks and the
topping up is carried out until it is left to mature and stabilize for about 1
month. The wine thus created is transferred to the bottling cellar where it is
clarified and filtered and introduced into the
bottling line. The bottles are then left to mature for a few months.
