This Cabernet Merlot is deep purple in colour, an intensely fruity wine with cherry on the nose, followed by flavours of blackcurrant and ripe red berry on the palate. A light straw coloured wine with a green hue. The wine is fresh and vibrant on the nose with fresh pear, white nectarine and grapefruit aromas leaping out of the glass with a hint of honeysuckle present. The palate is fresh, clean and refreshing having flavours that are complimentary to the aromas as well as a distinct Meyer lemon character. The grapes are harvested at night and it was fermented in stainless steel to retain the freshness of the varietal.
