The palate is ripe and juicy and filled with lovely jasmine, elderflower and ripe grapefruit flavours followed by hints of nettle and freshly cut grass. The wine is fermented in stainless steel to retain the fresh fruit flavours.An excellent alternative to Sauvignon Blanc. Try with all white fish and hard cheese such as cheddar.
