The Winzer Krems is 990 hectares of vineyards and it is owned by the 981 members.

Bright ruby red in colour with delicate aromas of crunchy red fruit and cassis. Dry on the palate, with balanced acidity with a hint of violets on the finish.

The bouquet is fruity and wonderfully mild and velvety. There is a slight tart note on the finish. 

Probably best when served slightly chilled at 14 degrees.

Well matched with ham, chicken or lighter fish dishes and cheeses.
