A fresh, dry wine with lemon and citrus with a refreshing and aromatic mouth feel. The Rolle ( also called Vermentino )  brings a certain smoothness to the blend.

Drink with: A wonderful all-rounder! Especially good with stir fried vegetables (particularly broccoli), vegetable pakora or a Thai green curry.

Cold maceration on the skins, followed by pressing and alcoholic fermentation on the fine lees at a temperature of 16-18°C. The blend coming from mainly Cotes de Thongue area in the centre of Languedoc Roussillon. The blend keeps the flavours and the refreshing personality of the Sauvignon. The Rolle (or vermentino) part (roughly ?) brings the luscious exotic fruits aromas to the blend
