This is a rich red wine made in Tierra de Castilla in central Spain. The delicate aromas of raspberry jam and spicy green grass lead to a luscious mouth full of dark red fruit and delicate soft tannins and a long spicy finish.

After destemming the grapes, the skins and juice are sent to tanks where the must ferments for 9 days at controlled temperatures. Then the wine is sent to stainless steel tanks to rest before being put into new oak barrels for 2 months.

Drink with stews and spicy sauced dishes.
