Dark ruby red with a crimson hue. Blackberry and blackcurrant aromas with subtle mint and smoke notes. Rich blackberry and plum palate, complemented by a moderate acidity, soft tannins and a silky finish.
Harvested in the cooler night and once fermented, the juice is racked into new French and American oak barrels for 6 months.
Drink with buttered parmesan crostini, Calabrese pizza, chicken with garden vegetables.
