This delicate sparkling wine has fine bubbles and a creamy palate which is the result of it being aged for 24 months in the bottle before release. The palate has flavours of peach and apricot which combine with the classic notes of brioche that is found in many sparkling wines. Good quality with a persistent finish.

Perfect for any special occasion or will go with most foods. 

This wine has a lovely perfumed nose with fine floral aromas mixed with a tad of honey and spice; quite full and rich, lightly smoky honeysuckle perfume with smooth but dry(ish) finish.

Serve with meaty white fish such as monkfish, salmon or trout, king prawns, turkey or spicy dishes such as sweet and sour vegetables, fish or chicken tandoori or not too spiced Thai food.
