A light straw coloured wine with a green hue. The wine is fresh and vibrant on the nose with fresh pear, white nectarine and grapefruit aromas leaping out of the glass with a hint of honeysuckle present. The palate is fresh, clean and refreshing having flavours that are complimentary to the aromas as well as a distinct Meyer lemon character. The grapes are harvested at night and it was fermented in stainless steel to retain the freshness of the varietal.

Produced from selected Pinot Grigio grapes grown on hillside vineyards in Provincia di Pavia,
northern Italy. The grapes were hand harvested during the first 2 weeks of September. The grapes
were crushed and gently pressed and the juice allowed to settle and clarify before cool fermentation at
16 to 18C in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine was bottled young after a period of
3 to 6 months ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
