A wonderful blend of grapes from the Veneto and Alto Adige giving zesty mineral notes and great Sauvignon character. Delightfully well balanced and appealing fruit and acidity make this a most enchanting wine.

Vines are grown on the hills of Eastern Veneto and at the foothills of the Dolomites in Trentino Alto Adige. The grapes are harvested in early September during the cooler hours of the day and taken immediately to the vinification cellar where they are cooled, they are de-stemmed and crushed with the destemmer press and the must with the pomace is conveyed to the cooled press where it remains in cryo maceration for a few hours. The must is transferred to stainless steel tanks and kept at a temperature not exceeding 14 ° C for about 30 days. The must remain on its own lees for about 1 month in stainless steel tanks.

The wine is then drawn off, separated from the pomace, and transferred to stainless steel tanks and the topping up is carried out until it is left to mature and stabilize for about 1 month. The wine thus created is transferred to the bottling cellar where it is clarified and filtered and introduced into the bottling line. The bottles are then left to mature for a few months.

Ideal pairing with chocolate truffles, blue cheeses such as Italian Gorgonzola or French bleu d'Auvergne.

A ripe tropical wine with gooseberry fruit flavours with a zingy finish with impeccable balance.

A great aperitif or with seafood. 

Grapes are hand and machine harvested from 30 year old Sauvignon Blanc vines within a 22 hectare

vineyard on the hill of St Andelain on a mix of Silex and Kimmerigian clay. The estate undertakes

disease and pest control measures by maintaining natural balance ("lutte raisonnée") and works the soil

in a traditional way. Individual parcels are vinified separately. The grapes are gently pressed

pneumatically. Prior to fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the must is naturally clarified by cold

stabilisation and some of the grapes are macerated on the skins for a short period to maximise flavour

complexity. Either wild or selected yeasts are used, depending on conditions - indigenous yeasts are

believed to add more character. The fermentation is cool and slow over 3 weeks and the wine remains

on the fine lees. The gravity fed cellar is on two levels and all temperature controlled.

A dry crisp wine, bright straw in colour with green tints. The clean racy nose reveals hints of grapefruit, white flowers and flintiness. On the palate, the attack is full and silky, rich and plump with underlying freshness.

Ideal as an aperitif or with salmon parcels, foie gras, fish, seafood , cheeses or simply with friends. 

This wonderful Sauvignon has really pungent, tangy, grapefruit aromas with a zingy finish and impeccable balance.

The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain the natural fruit characters. The winery has added a small portion of Semillon into the final blend for additional complexity and palate weight.

Try with goats cheese, or simply on its own.

This is a fresh, dry, crisp white wine with tropical and stone fruits on the nose with a clean finish on the palate.

This Sauvignon Blanc has delicious flavours of gooseberry, well balanced zesty fruit, green apple and ripe melon, mixed with subtle herbaceous mineral notes. 

A light, crisp and dry wine with good tropical notes supported by freshness and minerality. Well balanced and clean, fruity wine with a lingering palate. The grapes are grown in the mineral rich Cape granite soils in Stellenbosch.

Greenish-yellow in colour and expressive on the nose. Very fruity aromas of grapefruit, pineapple, and gooseberries with notes of green chili  and white pepper. The palate features dense body with good acidity and silky texture.
The high acidity and aromatic persistence in this wine make it an excellent aperitif as well as an ideal companion to shellfish and raw or cooked white fish. It can also be served with white meats such as chicken seasoned with lemon, salads, and fresh cheeses. Best served at 7º–10ºC

The area around the San Antonio seaport is Chile´s most maritime wine region. The vineyards are distributed among three major sectors of the Coastal Mountain Range in Leyda, Lo Abarca, and Rosario, although newer areas are constantly appearing. The region´s mountainous  geography, it is cool climate, and its distinctively thin and rocky soil, produce white wines known by its minerality and an intense acidity. Fundo Rosario vineyards are located 250m above sea level in the Lagunilla zone. The vines are clone 242, vertically positioned, drip irrigated, and primarily planted on hillsides. The mountainous topography of the region, its fresh climate and its particular rocky and thin soil, produce white wines famous for their minerality and intense acidity. The grapes are machine harvested at night  to take advantage of the naturally low temperatures and transported to the winery, where they are deposited into a pneumatic press. After pressing, the must is decanted and prepared for alcoholic fermentation by adjusting the turbidity level to 100 NTU and inoculating the tank with selected yeasts. Fermentation begins at 15ºC and finished at 16º–17ºC. The tank is then chilled to aid in the decantation of the coarser lees, and after 2 days, the clean wine is racked to tanks for aging. During this time, its lees are maintained in suspension for 3 months, which encourages the development of fatty and aromatic compounds and delivery of greater complexity to the wine.

An aromatic fusion of summer fruit and fragrant Asian peaches. Plenty of nectarine and grapefruit, mingle with ginger, lemongrass  and jasmine flowers.

The wine is deliciously ripe and zesty with a lemony, citrus thread that finishes crisp and dry.

Very intense and expressive with plenty of fresh green apple and pineapple notes along with fresh flowers, jasmine and orange blossom. The wine has no oak ageing and is dry, well balanced with a long finish.

Casablanca Valley is hugely influenced by its proximity to the cool breezes which blow in of the chilly Pacific Ocean. The vineyard soils are alluvial in origin, with sandy textures, high permeability, whose shallow depth restricts yield. These cooler temperatures and poor soils, in consequence, give great character in both flavour and aroma, especially for aromatic white varieties like Sauvignon Blanc. The landscape generally consists of rolling hills that rise toward the east and the Coastal Mountains. The poor, shallow soils are alluvial in origin with sandy loam textures, good permeability, and relatively low yields with respect to other Chilean wine regions. Cool climate conditions allow the fruit to ripen more slowly, resulting in grapes with a tremendous concentration off aromas and flavours in white varieties such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and others.

A fresh and vibrant wine with passion fruit, gooseberry and some melon characters. It has a balanced richness of fruit with a floral note through the palate, as well as an intense depth of flavour and a crisp finish.

A complex and elegant wine with intense aromas of blackcurrant, crushed lemongrass and thyme, mingled with passionfruit and melon highlights. On the palate underlying ripe fruit and mineral notes from grapes grown in the Blind River sub region of Marlborough combine well with the more tropical notes of passionfruit and melon from the Wairau Valley vineyards.
