The mineral-rich plains of the Thracian Lowlands are home to wild deer that freely roam amongst the peach trees and vineyards.The wine shows subtle blackberries on the nose. The palate is rich in red fruit characters as well as integrated tannins and smooth vanilla flavours.

The grapes underwent a 5 day cold soak, followed by fermentation on skins for 10 days before being pressed and transferred to tank and barrel for ageing. 75 % was aged in stainless steel to retain freshness and li ft, while 25 % matured in French oak barrels to bring delicate structure and subtle spice.Suitable for Vegans.
