Today Renaud and Claire JEAN exploit this property of 75 hectares of vineyard in A.O.C. Bordeaux and upper Bordeaux. The old vineyard and the association of three main vines of the region, worth knowing Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon allow the elaboration of a quality wine.Tasting: Colour: dress intense ruby. Nose: explosive with aromas of red berries and vanilla. Mouth: well équlibrée, fruity, without bitterness Ideal with some red meat and any sorts of cheeses. Best served between 16 and 18 °.

It is believed to have been brought to California by emigrants from Southern Italy. The wine is made to a traditional process that takes into account the grapes character. This requires excellent quality grapes and the vineyards total dedication to this process. The wine is ruby red with crimson tinges and has aromas of coffee, blackberries, red berries. The palate is mellow to start, with round and delicate tannins. Then follows a warm lingering finish. Ideal with pasta, pizza, grilled chicken or on it's own as an aperitif.
