A dry white wine which is white gold in colour with aromas of pear, honeysuckle, apricot and nougat. It has flavours of white peach and ripe lemon and a zesty tang on the palate before a long dry lemony finish.The grapes were harvested in the cool of the night before being fermented in stainless steel tanks where the wine remained for 8 months on the lees which enhanced the flavours.Weemala is both an Aboriginal name for 'good view' and also the name of the vineyard in the Central ranges of New South Wales.Suitable for vegansTry with oily fish dishes, pasta, chicken salad and honey ham.
