Los Tres Curas Carignan is produced form 85% Carmenere; 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. This is a medium bodied purple-red wine with hints of violet. It offers red fruit aromas intermingled with spice, mocha and vanilla. In the mouth, there are smooth and silky tannins which together provide a long, pleasant finish with touches of mature fruits.It is a great match with Chicken, quiche, roast beef, pastrami and hams.Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Chateau Milon Cuvee Caprice St Emilion
Intense, cigar box and ripe spiced fruit on the nose, a full-bodied St Emilion. Properly structured but with plush red fruits and a touch of leather and cedar with fine grained lingering tannins that last right through to the long finish.From 2 hectares of vines with an average age of 25-30 years. A portion of the vines are situated at the base of the Saint Christophe des Bardes slope on sand and iron rich sandstone soils, the rest are situated on the gravel soils of Saint Sulpice. Planting is high density at 6,600 - 9000 vines per hectare. The grapes are partly hand harvested and the wine is aged in steel tanks for 12 to 15 months before bottling.Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.The winery is also classed as sustainable.

Light to medium straw in colour. Complex white peach, grilled nuts & citrus aromas. Textural, creamy buttery palate with a fine finish. Fruit is harvested at night, pressed and left to settle, roughly racked the next day to barrel & tank. Warm fermentation & extended lees contact help give a wine full of flavour and texture. 69% of the blend is fermented in old French oak barriques & Hogsheads. Wine is then left to barrel mature on yeast lees for 12 months with minimal stirring. This wine is suitable for vegans.Made from grapes grown in Riverina, Tumbarumba and King Valley. This deep purple wine shows peppery notes, along with ripe blackberries and blueberries. Smooth and medium bodied it has great balance and a lingering finish.The vineyard is located in Nashik, to the north of Mumbai in the Western Ghats Mountains. The vines are grown at approximately 600 metres above sea level. The climate here is mild in the winter with temperatures of approximately 10°C, rising to 35°C in the summer. Rainfall can be high. The vines are grown in red soils with gravel and clay, which has a high iron content and good drainage. deep purple wine with delicious notes of ripe blackberry and blueberry fruit, enlivened by a hint of black peppery spice and a touch of rich dark chocolate. Smooth and medium bodied on the palate, it shows great balance and a lingering finish.The grapes were cold soaked and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of between 25° to 30°C. During fermentation regular, gentle pump-overs took place to extract the desired levels of colour and flavour and to impart structure to the wine. The wine is influenced with a subtle oak character to impart complexity to the wine
