The grapes underwent a 5 day cold soak, followed by fermentation on skins for 10 days before being pressed and transferred to tank and barrel for ageing. 75 % was aged in stainless steel to retain freshness and li ft, while 25 % matured in French oak barrels to bring delicate structure and subtle spice.Suitable for Vegans.
