True Cabernet Sauvignon nose, dark chocolate, black berries, and cassis. The palate pure and fresh with classic notes of dark berries, rosemary, cigar box and dark chocolate. Tannins are finely structured and supported by a rich and creamy texture. Ready to enjoy but will reward cellaring over the next three to five years.Grapes are picked at optimal ripeness and transported to the cellar and de-stemmed into tank. The wines spend between 7 and 12 days on the skins depending on the tannin structure, with three to four pump overs per day and then pressed to undergo malolactic fermentation in tank.

Coffee Pinotage The Bean South Africa
The idea with the Bean is to create a wine with dark fruit that is finely integrated with coffee/mocha flavours. To achieve this, the wine was fermented and aged on well roasted French oak staves. The Bean has a deep purple colour, the nose shows dark mocha and roasted coffee bean aromas. The wine has a lot of tannin, but these tannins are fine and silky and well integrated. The palate is mouth filling and surprisingly complex for such a young wine. Once tasted, this is a wine not easily forgotten.Pinotage is South Africa's native grape, a cross between Pinot Noir and Cinsault.Suitable for vegans.Suitable for vegetarians.
