With its slightly cooler climate the grapes are allowed to ripen more slowly, the perfect conditions to make top quality Sauvignon. The nose has grassy aromas with a dry, crisp, well rounded gooseberry style to the wine and bags of fruit on the finish.Try with grilled fish, poultry and salad dishes.
