Perfect with hearty bean and lentil casseroles, with or without sausages.The local grapes - Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa and Tinta Roriz - grow in fine soils with some schist in vineyards near Cambres, in the western part of the Douro valley and south of the river. Intense ruby red colour with a complex bouquet, reminiscent of cherries, raspberries and redcurrants. The oak ageing adds a pleasant roasted and spicy aroma. The palate is full bodied, supple and well balanced with a long finish.Just before harvest the grapes, when the grapes are fully mature and are ready to be picked, the stems of the bunches are twisted so that no further nourishment reaches the grapes, thus inducing a natural drying of the grapes on the vine. The bunches are left for about 12 days and lose approximately 25 - 30% of their weight in water, concentrating their flavours before harvest. Perfect with roast red meats and mature cheeses.

This is a deep, ruby coloured, concentrated red blend shows prominent aromas of dark cherry, blackcurrant and vanilla. On the palate cinnamon, sweet spice and ripe, juicy dark fruit together with a firm tannin structure, ensures good length and an enduring finish.Grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness. After de-stem, they were cold soaked for two days to extract more fruit character and enhance colour. The wine was inoculated with specially selected yeast strains and fermented until dry. Free-run juice was racked to barrel where it underwent malolactic fermentation. The wine was then racked from the lees and returned to barrel for 18 months of maturation. South Australian Chardonnay, powerful yet refreshing, full of stone fruit, green apple and flowers, with a slight brininess on the tongue and notes of spice and hazelnut floating into the nostrils.Parcels of fruit are selected from vineyards in the Adelaide Hills. Vina Marichalar Tempranillo Tinto Rioja, Spain
Intense cherry red colour, ripe black and red fruits, spices, liquorice and chocolate aroma. Round and well-balanced with fruity notes.Aged in used French and American oak barrels for 6 months.Try with pasta and red meat dishes such as bolognaise.Tempranillo 95%, Garnacha 5%. The vines in La Muga and Los Poyatos vineyards are mostly very old Tempranillo bush vines. Really healthy grapes were harvested and after slow fermentation in tank at controlled temperatures the wine was transferred to barrel for 6 months. A mixture of a very few of new American oak barrels, just to give the spice and toast aromas but mostly 2nd and 3rd year barrels of predominantly French oak were used to promote the evolution of the wine from a bright fruit bomb to something more mellow with a roundness and the unmistakeable stamp of something good, a “Semi-Crianza” of sorts.
