Chateau Haut-Mouleyre is located in the commune of Escoussans on the right bank of the Garonne. The various plots benefit from a variety of soil conditions on the sunny hillside, giving the wine plenty of personality. This wine is very intense and brilliant garnet red colour associated with shades of fuchsia. After aeration, we have a complex and fruity nose with pleasant violet and vanilla aromas. On the palate this wine is rich, well balanced and persistent with notes of cinnamon, red fruit and coffee. It pairs very well with game, regional cheeses and gourmet deserts.

Chateau Milon Cuvee Caprice St Emilion
Intense, cigar box and ripe spiced fruit on the nose, a full-bodied St Emilion. Properly structured but with plush red fruits and a touch of leather and cedar with fine grained lingering tannins that last right through to the long finish.From 2 hectares of vines with an average age of 25-30 years. A portion of the vines are situated at the base of the Saint Christophe des Bardes slope on sand and iron rich sandstone soils, the rest are situated on the gravel soils of Saint Sulpice. Planting is high density at 6,600 - 9000 vines per hectare. The grapes are partly hand harvested and the wine is aged in steel tanks for 12 to 15 months before bottling.Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.The winery is also classed as sustainable.
