Refreshing and fruity rosé, bursting with aromas of strawberries and raspberries. On the palate the
wine is soft and fruity with a light spritz. Nice fresh acidity and a touch of sweetness on the finish.
Drink by itself well chilled or with seafood, hors d'oeuvres, simple salads, and spicy food such as Thai,
Indian or Chinese.The grapes are sourced from selected growers in central and southern regions, where moderately old
vines are tended traditionally in clay and sandy soils. Grapes are briefly macerated on the skins to
obtain a touch of colour then gently pressed pneumatically. Cool fermentation in stainless steel vats
controlled at 16 degrees. The wine is cold stabilised in tank for a brief period before bottling young.Suitable for vegans.Suitable for vegetarians.
After a short fermentation, selected wine brandy is added and the fortified wine macerates on skins until the end of the winter ( about 5 to 6 months ). It is then aged for a minimum three years in small used oak barrels. The wine is young and rich with a light topaz colour. The wine has intense aroma of Moscatel and orange tree flower, tea and raisins with a smooth sweet, fresh palate.Suitable for vegetarians.This rich sweet dessert wine has won many awards.
