All wines listed are subject to availability and we reserve the right at our discretion to accept or decline any order.
Please note that vintages may change at any time. We will contact you if a vintage that you have ordered has become unavailable.
We will not deliver to anyone who appears to be under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 or over, we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure.
All wines are duty paid and inclusive of VAT at the current rate unless otherwise stated.
The prices may alter without prior notification, subject to market, exchange rate and duty fluctuations.
Although we endeavour to ensure all pricing on this website is accurate occasionally errors can occur. If an error is found we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
Method of Payment
We accept the following MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and JCB.
Please note that we do not charge your card when you place your order using our website. Your card will not be charged until your order has been processed.
We aim to deliver all orders within 7 days. Other options are available should you require your order sooner.
you live within a 10 mile road radius of our warehouse and spend £30 or
more, you will be offered the free local delivery option when you
deliveries are made using APC delivery service, a swift reliable service
costing £9.99. Orders over £250.00 will be sent free of charge.
orders to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK Islands will
incur an additional charge; you will be informed of this cost before
delivery is sent.
We do not deliver to destinations outside the UK.
A tracking number will be provided so that you can check the status of your delivery.
All deliveries must be signed for.
for any reason you are not able to accept delivery a calling card will
be left for you to arrange collection or re-delivery of your wine.
Claims for loss or breakage to be notified to ourselves and our carriers, within three days of receipt of goods.
We will provide a full refund or replacement for any wines that are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. We may require faulty bottles to be returned to us. We will arrange this as necessary at your convenience.
