A full bodied wine made from a blend of Carignan, Syrah and Grenache in the heart of the Cathar country, near the small village of Tuchan. A garnet red wine with purple hues. 

The palate is complex and intensively fruity with notes of vanilla with powerful tannins followed by a long pleasant finish.

Serve with grilled and cooked meats, Mediterranean cuisine or strong cheeses.
