A full bodied, fruity wine made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre. These three grapes give the wine an intense ruby colour as well as an aromatic bouquet marked by red fruits, notes of pepper and a hint of sweet spice.

The palate has a supple structure, melted tannins, a beautiful freshness and delicacy, which makes the wine approachable. The wine has some light oak ageing to add extra finess and flavour to the wine.

Try with a roast leg of lamb, ratatouille, roast pork, grilled sausages, medium hard cheeses.
