A bright cherry red coloured wine with a bouquet of red fruits with hints of rosemary, cinnamon and thyme.
The wine is medium bodied and the palate is lively with red berry fruits, soft notes of vanilla and a hint of mocha.
The wine is made from mainly Tempranillo with very small amounts of Garnacha and Mazuelo. The wine is aged for 12 months in mixed oak barrels, American oak staves and French tops.
Serve with roats, lamb chops, Iberian cured meats and mature cheeses.
