From South Africa's Western Cape. Cool hand harvested grapes are crushed immediately and the juice left for overnight settling. Cool fermentation of clear juice. Wines left on fine lees until just before preparation for bottling. Straw yellow in colour, on the nose you get apple, pear ,quince and light floral notes.
Fresh and fruity with crisp acidity and minerality. A clean finish with subtle citrus and stone fruit.
Serve with Roast Chicken, Asian Noodles, Seafood or Goat's Cheese
