Young trellised vines on slate soils. Stainless steel fermented followed by gentle fining, clarification and bottling. Everything you would expect from a Rheinhessen Riesling and then some. With apples, apricots, peaches and pears in abundance, Sumo Cat gives us his all. Some subtle oily notes on the palate are soon karate-chopped in half by flying acidity and freshness. Great with Asian food and creamy pastas.
