Produced using the classical method our Henners Brut NV is a blend of the three classic sparkling grape varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, grown on both our own clay and neighbouring grower’s chalk soils which complement each other in terms of generosity and finesse. These components are blended each year with small proportions of reserve wine to bring additional depth and structure. Aged on lees for 3 years it is an elegant, refined wine with great balance and a delicious citrus and orchard fruit backbone

A fresh white with delicate notes of elderflower. The palate is ripe and juicy and filled with lovely jasmine, elderflower and ripe grapefruit flavours followed by hints of nettle and freshly cut grass. The wine is fermented in stainless steel to retain the fresh fruit flavours.

An excellent alternative to Sauvignon Blanc. 

Try with all white fish and hard cheese such as cheddar. Scallops with pea puree, steamed sea bass with lemongrass, Pad Thai, salt and pepper squid. Also mille feuille and sweet pastry dishes.

Sourced from vineyards in Worcestershire and Essex, this 100 % Pinot Noir was made using clones selected for their small berries to ensure maximum flavour concentration. The grapes underwent a 5 day cold soak, followed by fermentation on skins for 10 days before being pressed and transferred to tank and barrel for ageing. 75 % was aged in stainless steel to retain freshness and li ft, while 25 % matured in French oak barrels to bring delicate structure and subtle spice.

Sourced from a vineyard on the Essex-Suffolk border, the fruit was left to hang on the vine, allowing extra time to develop full ripeness. The result? A vibrant wine that’s aromatic, crisp, and brimming with character. Macerated in the press overnight with extended cold settling, followed by a cool fermentation, 20% of the wine was fermented in second fill French barrels and left on lees for 3 months.
