A fresh white with delicate notes of elderflower. The palate is ripe and juicy and filled with lovely jasmine, elderflower and ripe grapefruit flavours followed by hints of nettle and freshly cut grass. The wine is fermented in stainless steel to retain the fresh fruit flavours.
An excellent alternative to Sauvignon Blanc.
Try with all white fish and hard cheese such as cheddar. Scallops with pea puree, steamed sea bass with lemongrass, Pad Thai, salt and pepper squid. Also mille feuille and sweet pastry dishes.
