The Bolney Estate is an award-winning English wine estate and vineyard in West Sussex, producing luxury English still and sparkling wines on site, including white, red and rosé. 

Pinot Noir grapes were cold-soaked prior to fermentation. Post fermentation, the wine then underwent malolactic fermentation. A small portion of the wine was transferred to oak and matured prior to blending and filtration.

Mouth-watering flavours of blackcurrant and ripe fresh fig, with notes of dark cherry and white pepper. An elegant medium bodied wine with a silky texture and good ageing potential, which will allow development of more complex fruit flavours

Ideal accompaniment with roasted guineafowl, butternut squash dauphinoise and creamy goat’s cheese. Ruby chocolate mousse would match beautifully.
