Refreshing and fruity rosé, bursting with aromas of strawberries and raspberries. On the palate the wine is soft and fruity with a light spritz. Nice fresh acidity and a touch of sweetness on the finish.

Drink by itself well chilled or with seafood, hors d'oeuvres, simple salads, and spicy food such as Thai, Indian or Chinese.

The grapes are sourced from selected growers in central and southern regions, where moderately old vines are tended traditionally in clay and sandy soils. Grapes are briefly macerated on the skins to obtain a touch of colour then gently pressed pneumatically. Cool fermentation in stainless steel vats controlled at 16 degrees. The wine is cold stabilised in tank for a brief period before bottling young.

Made predominantly from the indigenous Trepat red variety on the 35 hectares of vineyard at the Can Macia estate, in the Anoia river basin in Odena. Made using the traditional method with secondary fermentation in bottle. The wine is matured for an extended period of 18 months before disgorgement to enhance the complex, fruity aromas.

This crisp, dry Pinot Grigio Blush is packed with juicy strawberry and raspberry flavours lifted by refreshing, mouth-watering acidity. The wine is balanced and easy-drinking.

This is an ideal wine to enjoy on its own or with savoury snacks, light salads or white meats.
