Les Vignobles Foncalieu are a strong cooperative with some 650 winegrowers who have 4000 hectares of vines between them. They based in the heart of the Languedoc and they are focused on making quality wines.

Refreshing and fruity rosé, bursting with aromas of strawberries and raspberries. On the palate the wine is soft and fruity with a light spritz. Nice fresh acidity and a touch of sweetness on the finish.

Drink by itself well chilled or with seafood, hors d'oeuvres, simple salads, and spicy food such as Thai, Indian or Chinese.

The grapes are sourced from selected growers in central and southern regions, where moderately old vines are tended traditionally in clay and sandy soils. Grapes are briefly macerated on the skins to obtain a touch of colour then gently pressed pneumatically. Cool fermentation in stainless steel vats controlled at 16 degrees. The wine is cold stabilised in tank for a brief period before bottling young.

A delightfully fresh, pale pink rose made from Grenache and Syrah grapes grown in the Languedoc Region in the South of France. The wine is delicate and bright with a fruity nose with light citrus hints. The palate is fruity and fresh and well balanced.

Made predominantly from the indigenous Trepat red variety on the 35 hectares of vineyard at the Can Macia estate, in the Anoia river basin in Odena. Made using the traditional method with secondary fermentation in bottle. The wine is matured for an extended period of 18 months before disgorgement to enhance the complex, fruity aromas.

A bright, soft pink wine made from cabernet sauvignon grapes. No oak is used to retain the fresh, intense fruit flavours of strawberry and cherry. The palate has luscious raspberry and strawberry flavours and a slight sweet aftertaste.
