 The majority of fruit for this wine comes from Condado do Tea, further east along the Miño river. The Albariño grapes are hand harvested into 20kg cases. After selection they are pressed without skin contact, and the must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel.

Pale gold in colour with youthful highlights. On the nose, there are intense aromas of grapefruit which are balanced with a touch of minerality and floral notes. On the palate, it has a crisp acidity with a long, mineral finish.

The Torrontés and Riesling grapes were grown on the Finca San Isidoro and Finca Las Mercedes vineyards. These are located in the Cafayate Valley in the very heart of the Calchaqui Valley, distinguished for being the highest wine region in the world. The climate here is very dry, with just 150mm of rain in an average year and a huge diurnal temperature change of around 20°C. The soils here are rocky, poor and sandy so the roots of the vines are forced to dig deep to find the vital nutrients and water they need, which in turn results in a huge concentration of flavour within the fruit.

Fresh floral aromas of citrus, white blossom, mandarin and lime. Further citrus characters on the textured, mineral palate with a refreshing saline acidity. A zesty, crisp and characterful white with potential to age.

Produced from 100% Assyrtiko grapes. The vines are grown on unirrigated limestone soil at around 100m altitude, in north-east Attiki. Grapes are typically harvested towards the end of August. The wine undergoes no oak ageing - it's fermented and matured in stainless steel at a controlled temperature (16-18ºC) with some time spent on fine lees. Maturation in bottle for up to a year.

Papagiannakos' coastal location on the Attican peninsula infuses the wine with salinity and racing acidity, due to its proximity to the sea.

From a 12 hectare plot in the village of Bussières, to the south of the Mâconnais region, with an average vine age of about 40 years. The soil is classic argilo-calcaire that suits Chardonnay so well and that lends elegance and finesse to the final wines. 10% of the wine is barrel aged to give a more textural, slightly creamy element.

Made from grapes grown in Sicily, this crisp dry wine has all the hallmarks of Pinot Grigio. Citrus fruits on the nose with a refreshing palate of zesty green apple balanced by subtle minerality from Catarratto.

The Hesketh Art Series wines represent the best of our home state, South Australia - one of the most celebrated and diverse growing regions in the world. Grapes for these wines are sourced from the premium growing region of the Limestone Coast. This wine is produced, blended and bottled into a fresh, fruit driven style which is perfect for everyday drinking or more salubrious occasions.

Sourced from 13 year-old-vines in Southern Coonawarra, the grapes for our 2019 Lost Weekend Chardonnay were picked from the 8th to the 12th of March. Following harvest, the fruit was pressed off skins and the pressings were kept separate and fermented cool for 35 days. The wine was then racked off gross lees to keep the style clean and crisp before being matured in stainless steel for 5 months prior to bottling. Lost Weekend is a fresh and vibrant style of Chardonnay which will reward short to medium term cellaring. Best shared with a large group of friends over a big haul of freshly caught seafood!

Casablanca Valley can be identified by its closeness to the Pacific Ocean, influenced by the coastal breeze, which moderates temperatures. The land is basically formed by hills that increase in height as
it goes east towards the Coastal Mountain Range. It has an alluvial origin, with sandy textures of high permeability, poor and shallow, which causes the valley to have low yields, compared to others. The
temperatures are colder and templates, causing a slower ripening in the fruit and, in consequence, great character in flavour and aroma, for white varieties like Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes
come from vineyards that are approximately 12 years old in the Casablanca estate, trellised in simple vertical shoot position, with an average yield of 12 tons/ha. They were hand-picked into bins during
the first week of March when they had reached the ideal state of ripeness. The grapes were transported to our Nancagua winery for vinification in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures with selected
yeasts, pumpovers, and delicate lees stirring to reach the desired final result. Prior to bottling the wine was fined with adjusted doses of bentonite and cold stabilized to prevent tartaric precipitations in the
bottle.

 A proper grown-up, textural Chardonnay from the Campo Fiorito vineyard, a 5 hectare north east facing plot on the stunning Il Cascinone estate.

The 5ha Campo Fiorito vineyard is located on the north-east facing slopes of the 60 ha estate of Il Cascinone, in the Monferrato hills of Piemonte, Italy (planted in 1998). This cooler site is perfect for the slower maturation needed to produce fresh whites. Grapes are typically harvested between the end of August and the beginning of September. Around 15% of the wine was fermented and aged in French oak barriques for added richness and complexity.

A delicate nose of ripe stone fruit, lightly honeyed with a hint of creamy oak. The complex palate is concentrated and well-balanced with ripe peach characters, an appealing mouthfeel and a fresh, long finish with some savoury, toasty notes.

A crisp and elegantly fruity dry wine. The vineyards are situated near the village of Monestier. The extra distance from the coast gives the wines a slightly fuller and richer character because of the warmer climate.

The wine is a classic blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. Made by husband and wife team Pascal and Flavie Cuisset.

This wine is made from Koshu, Japan’s indigenous wine grape which can be traced back to 1186 when it was discovered growing wild at Katsunama in Yamanashi prefecture.

Pale yellow colour. Refreshing aromas of citrus fruits such as lemon, lime, sudachi and apple, nuance of toasted bread derived from Sur Lie Method appears. Fresh acidity is accented by pleasant astringency extracted from the skin of Koshu grapes.

Green salad, various sashimi or seafood dishes with toasty flavours such as gratin of cod, roasted Spanish mackerel seasoned with Saikyo miso, sautéed cuttlefish, seafood Paella.

Koshu grapes are grown in Yamanashi Prefecture and harvest takes place from early September to early October. Fermentation in a stainless steel tank at 18 to 20 degrees for about 14 days, The wine is aged for about 8 months in a stainless steel tank.

Named after Luciana, the wife of La Battistina estate's previous owner, this is an elegant and fresh Gavi, easy-drinking but with some depth.

Produced from Cortese grapes cultivated in vineyards on the Monferrato hills in the South of the province of Asti, Piemonte. The vineyards are southwest facing and situated at altitudes of between 250 and 400m. The Piemonte low Guyot trellis system is used for the vines, which grow in a limestone-clay soil. Planting density is 4000 to 4500 vines per hectare. Grapes are hand harvested in the last week of September. Temperature controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel (16- 18ºC) and the wine spends a couple of months on lees.

A highly aromatic wine with scents of rose water, musk and lemon zest. Offering generously sweet palate of turkish delight which is balanced by the acidity of the Riesling.

Plots within the Mâcon-Charnay-lès-Mâcon appellation lie on the higher slopes of the Mont du Mâconnais, where soils are varied but limestone is prevalent. Here Chardonnay ripens under a Continental climate (typically cold winters followed by warm springs and almost Mediterranean sun in the summer). Once ripe, picking is both by hand and machine. Machine harvesting has the advantage of picking in the early hours of the morning before daylight when the temperature rises; hand picking is gentler and keeps whole bunches intact. After pressing and static settling the must is cooled to around 12°C to ensure a controlled fermentation. Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, wines are left to winter and undergo malolactic fermentation. With enviable priority access to the cellar in Mâcon-Charnay, Samantha tastes each individual tank (up to 20) to select a very personalised blend for GENETIE 'Les Piliers', combining three essential elements - the florals, the exotic and the mineral. The final blend is kept on fine lees until bottling, combining the warmth of southern Burgundy with the elegance and finesse of the special terroir of Mâcon-Charnay-lès-Mâcon.

Weingut Messmer, in the Pfalz region, was founded by Herbert and Elizabeth Messmer in 1960. It's situated in Burrweiler, in the south-west of Germany, less than 50 miles from the border with France and to the north-west of Stuttgart. The yellow sandstone buildings had already been home to winemaking for around 250 years before they arrived.It's still in the family's hands today, with son Martin overseeing the estate alongside his brother Gregor, who supervises production in the vineyard and winery. Their vineyards cover 27 hectares, with around two-thirds of the area planted with white varieties (predominantly Riesling, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc) and the rest with red varieties (Pinot Noir in the main).The terroir is made up of seven different soil types: slate, red sandstone, granite, limestone, loam, sand and 'muschelkalk' - a calcareous soil with substantial deposits of fossilised mussel shells. Gregor works to preserve the health and mineral content of the soils - they use only organic fertilisers, and in 2011 they began the biodynamic cultivation of some sites. In the winery fermentations are cool, slow and small batch; grapes are only ever partially de-stemmed; and wines are bottled without fining and with only the gentlest filtration.

This is a big oak aged wine made on the estate of the Wente family winery in San Fransisco Bay. Livermore Valley is regarded as the best place to grow gapes there due to the climate it almost ideal.

This wine was aged in oak for seven months before bottling. The wine has green apple and tropical fruit aromas and flavours, balanced by subtle oak, cinnamon and vanilla from barrel aging. With a mouth filling body and balanced acidity this wine delivers a medium long refreshing finish.

After a short fermentation, selected wine brandy is added and the fortified wine macerates on skins until the end of the winter ( about 5 to 6 months ). It is then aged for a minimum three years in small used oak barrels. The wine is young and rich with a light topaz colour. The wine has intense aroma of Moscatel and orange tree flower, tea and raisins with a smooth sweet, fresh palate.

A delicious, sweet and gently sparkling wine with delicate aromas of honey, flowers and fresh grapes. On the palate the wine reveals ripe apricot, grape notes and a soft mousse. Delightful refreshing acidity on the finish to balance the sweetness.

 A multi award winning dessert wine from this family run Australian winery. The wine is light golden in colour and has a rich vibrant stone fruit and citrus bouquet with sweet vanillin oak and spiciness. The palate has layers of intensely ripe fruit, creamy citrus, nectarine, honey and cumquat blended with attractive oak. Unctuous with a slight touch of refreshing acidity gives length and structure which then delivers a beautifully balanced wine.

This wine can be enjoyed now but will cellar for another 10 to 15 years.

Amazing light gold colour. Clean and shiny. A very fragrant bouquet promises a rich and flavoursome dessert wine. Hints of baked pear and peach with fresh tangelo. You’ll find these same characteristics on the palate, with melted peach and pear, and a luscious honeysuckle coating. Lemon balm and mandarin gives this wine a beautiful balanced freshness. Vibrant, mouth coating and a long lingering finish will make this wine morialised for all of eternity.

Botrytis Cinerea, affectionately known as Noble Rot, weakens grape skins causing water to evaporate which results in sweet, concentrated flavours. These shrivelled berries are basket pressed before a long fermentation, resulting in a luscious wine with intense richness and viscosity.

This wine will pair with any dessert. Simply wonderful.

A wonderful, rich sweet dessert wine, made by the family run Brown Brothers in their winery in Victoria, Australia. Made from the unique Orange Muscat which forms the backbone of the wine and it brings aromas of orange blossom on the nose and a fresh citrus hint to the palate, while the Flora contributes colour, texture and mouth feel. The wine is vibrant gold and shows lifted aromas of lemon, honey, spice and musk. 

It is fresh and tangy with q zesty long clean balanced finish. It can be kept for around 5 years from vintage.

Serve with a wide range of desserts or Milawa blue cheese.

 This crisp and refreshing dry wine has flavours of stone and tropical fruit and ripe apple.

Goes well with grilled fish, creamy pasta and risotto.

Slightly perfumed, ripe melon fruit on the nose. The palate is weighty and ripe but remains fresh and saline. After a well rounded attack, the palate is lifted by a crisp note typical of the wines from this terroir.

Grapes grown for this wine are only a stones throw from oyster leases in Etang de Thau bay. It is the prefect match for oysters, mussels and grilled fish. Or you can enjoy it on its own.

A light straw coloured wine with a green hue. The wine is fresh and vibrant on the nose with fresh pear, white nectarine and grapefruit aromas leaping out of the glass with a hint of honeysuckle present. The palate is fresh, clean and refreshing having flavours that are complimentary to the aromas as well as a distinct Meyer lemon character. The grapes are harvested at night and it was fermented in stainless steel to retain the freshness of the varietal. 

Goes well with whole baby snapper grilled on the bbq or coconut poached chicken with mango and wild rice salad.

Produced from selected Pinot Grigio grapes grown on hillside vineyards in Provincia di Pavia, northern Italy. The grapes were hand harvested during the first 2 weeks of September. The grapes were crushed and gently pressed and the juice allowed to settle and clarify before cool fermentation at 16 to 18C in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine was bottled young after a period of 3 to 6 months ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks. 

Pale lemon in colour with aromas of citrus fruits muted with subtle floral tones. Crisp and refreshing with citrus and green apple.

A dry wine with an intense straw colour and a lasting fruity bouquet. The palate is dry, soft and well balanced due to its full body. The wine has no oak influences.

Excellent with fish soups, grilled fish and mushroom dishes. 

This crisp, dry white has all the hallmarks of a classic Pinot Grigio. Citrus fruits on the nose with a refreshing palate of zesty green apple and fresh pear.

Ideal on its own but also a perfect accompaniment to exotic dishes, salads and cold meats.

A dry white wine which is white gold in colour with aromas of pear, honeysuckle, apricot and nougat. It has flavours of white peach and ripe lemon and a zesty tang on the palate before a long dry lemony finish.

The grapes were harvested in the cool of the night before being fermented in stainless steel tanks where the wine remained for 8 months on the lees which enhanced the flavours.

Weemala is both an Aboriginal name for 'good view' and also the name of the vineyard in the Central ranges of New South Wales.

Grapes are hand and machine harvested from 30 year old Sauvignon Blanc vines within a 22 hectare

vineyard on the hill of St Andelain on a mix of Silex and Kimmerigian clay. The estate undertakes

disease and pest control measures by maintaining natural balance ("lutte raisonnée") and works the soil

in a traditional way. Individual parcels are vinified separately. The grapes are gently pressed

pneumatically. Prior to fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the must is naturally clarified by cold

stabilisation and some of the grapes are macerated on the skins for a short period to maximise flavour

complexity. Either wild or selected yeasts are used, depending on conditions - indigenous yeasts are

believed to add more character. The fermentation is cool and slow over 3 weeks and the wine remains

on the fine lees. The gravity fed cellar is on two levels and all temperature controlled.

Linty and herbal, this is a concentrated wine yet with real elegance, complexity and power.

Best served chilled with shellfish, grilled white fish or chicken and soft cheeses or on its own as an aperitif.

An elegant wine typical of the Mosel region in Germany. It has just enough ripeness to balance out the acidity, characterised by a fragrant nose with a hint of honey and green apricot. A blast of fruit on the initial palate gives way to intense minerality and crisp acidity.

The cool climate of the Mosel is the ideal setting for creating low alcohol wines and this is a great example.

Perfect as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to spicy Asian cuisine.

Quietly complex on the nose with fresh lime notes combining with a steely minerality and gentle honeysuckle flora. The palate is mid weight and off dry with persistent flavours of lime, there is natural salinity which gives contrast yet lovely balance. It finishes clean with a lingering flinty character.

Serve with oysters and shellfish, white meats and smoked salmon.  Also great with Asian cuisine.

The nose classically expresses the vineyard... it's like having a fresh lime in your hand that you crush gently over minerals... literally lime on the rocks!! The palate is bright, zingy, singing with natural acidity and really textural. It reflects the vineyard with its fine sandy texture with really bright, white pithy fruit. Just a cracking Eden Valley Riesling.
 

Well suited to seafood dishes, spicy cuisine and anytime in the company of those who enjoy a quality riesling! Try chilli prawns, green thai curry, fish and chicken laksa (with chilli, coconut, ginger and lime).

Eden Valley Riesling is prized for its vibrancy, purity and longevity and has produced many of Australia’s greatest Rieslings. The fruit for Rag & Bone is sourced from Binder’s single vineyard, high up on the Eastern side of Eden Valley. Warm days and cool nights ensure that the grapes develop ripe, intense fruit flavours whilst retaining appealing zing and acidity. The fruit was delivered to the winery immediately after harvesting in the cool hours of the morning, then processed very gently through our tank press. Free run and pressing portions were determined by Christa, using her vast experience with this variety. A Ratafia style wine was made from the pressings and the free run juice was used to make this wine. The juice was cold settled and 3 days later the clear juice was transferred into fermentation tanks. Bottling took place in the middle of June.

A dry crisp wine, bright straw in colour with green tints. The clean racy nose reveals hints of grapefruit, white flowers and flintiness. On the palate, the attack is full and silky, rich and plump with underlying freshness.

Ideal as an aperitif or with salmon parcels, foie gras, fish, seafood , cheeses or simply with friends. 

A classic Sancerre with crisp, crunchy grapefruit and lime citrus flavours and a gently herbaceous element adding complexity. There is a mouthwatering, saline minerality to the long finish. 

Drink with Fish, shellfish, white meats, salads and most vegetarian dishes.

Julien and Clément manage 20 hectares of vines across 60 different parcels, three quarters of which are Sauvignon Blanc and one quarter Pinot Noir. Soils are primarily the classic ‘terres blanches’ claychalk, a heavier soil which gives the wines a ripe fruit character, and some 'caillottes', a form of limestone. A very modern, well-equipped, stainless steel cellar allows them to control the temperature of the wines during fermentation and later storage in tank prior to bottling to retain the freshness of the fruit characters. The grapes for this cuvée are a blend from all of the Raimbault's parcels of Sauvignon Blanc, and the wine is aged in stainless steel for ten months on its lees.
