Made from a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot with grapes grown to the south west of the town of Bergerac. Made by husband and wife team Pascal and Flavie Cuisset.
The wine is full bodied with ripe plum and strawberry notes.
Serve with beef, pork, game. poultry and mild and soft cheeses
