Grapes are selected and destemmed before crushing. The wine spends 12 - 14 months in toasted American oak barrels which lend spicy aromas and flavours to the wine.

The wine is Garnet red with tawny hues. Juicy hedgerow fruits and a touch of smoky vanilla on the nose backed by hints of cedar spice. Smooth and well structured with a lingering finish.

Serve with any red meat, lamb, cheese and game.
