A ripe tropical wine with gooseberry fruit flavours with a zingy finish with impeccable balance.

From maritime vineyards in Marlborough’s south easterly extremes in the Blind River Valley. We exploit this coastal fruit by capturing a breezy finesse over the classic cranberry and wild strawberry aromas giving us a wine with enough bite and texture to be foody but with enough generosity of fruit to be a delicious glass on its own. A lick of oak in the winemaking lends a little soothing creaminess to the whole.

Made to go with delicate, rich and aromatic food such as duck dim sums, tempura fried vegetables and oriental salads.

This medium bodied wine has an enticing nose of freshly baked Bakewell tart, homemade jam and almonds. The palate is fresh and bright and this freshness remains throughout with a lovely defining acidity which makes it a great food match.

The grapes for this wine were grown in the cooler Hawkes Bay region on New Zealands North Island. A small proportion of the wine was aged in oak to highlight aromatics and provide extra freshness to the palate. 

Try with crispy duck pancakes, grilled quail, seared salmon or tuna, charcuterie, ham and other cold meats. 

This wonderful Sauvignon has really pungent, tangy, grapefruit aromas with a zingy finish and impeccable balance.

The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain the natural fruit characters. The winery has added a small portion of Semillon into the final blend for additional complexity and palate weight.

Try with goats cheese, or simply on its own.

This refreshing, aromatic wine has wonderful aromas of fresh limes and ripe citrus, with a juicy gooseberry palate and lingering finish.

Pair it with your favourite seafood and pasta dishes. 

The fruit for this wine was grown in four Wairarapa vineyards, each with differing soils. One is stony loams, from which this wine is predominantly produced, while the others are a mixture of silt loams and hillside clays. This variety provides different flavour profiles, which helps us to increase the complexity of the finished wine. These vines are relatively young, and are cropped at low yield levels to give intensely flavoured grapes.

The focus in the winery is to capture the pure fruit flavours that come from the vineyard, whilst adding complexity through our winemaking efforts to produce a multi-dimensional wine. This is achieved by tank fermenting the juice using yeasts that are able to ferment at low temperatures – preserving the essential fruit flavours.

A crisp, zesty and refreshing Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc with notes of citrus, lemongrass and passionfruit.

Many connoisseurs agree that 7°C is the best serving temperature for Sauvignon Blanc, but we are a chilled bunch, so serve it the way you enjoy it! 

A fresh and vibrant wine with passion fruit, gooseberry and some melon characters. It has a balanced richness of fruit with a floral note through the palate, as well as an intense depth of flavour and a crisp finish.

The 2022 Crossings Sauvignon Blanc radiates purity of site. With layers of tropical fruits, herbal notes and flowering herbs, this wine has an enticing bouquet synonymous with Awatere Valley. The palate is brimming with pure fruit and bright fresh acidity that drives a complex and mineral finish.

Enjoy with both fresh and cooked seafood dishes such as classic fish and chips, fresh oysters and barbequed prawns.

Parcel of grapes from Willowflat, Medway and Brackenfield Vineyards (Awatere Valley) were picked and fermented separately, allowing to enhance varietal character using carefully selected yeast strains. A long, cool fermentation took place to retain purity of flavours. The wine was then blended, stabilised and filtered prior to bottling.

A complex and elegant wine with intense aromas of blackcurrant, crushed lemongrass and thyme, mingled with passionfruit and melon highlights. On the palate underlying ripe fruit and mineral notes from grapes grown in the Blind River sub region of Marlborough combine well with the more tropical notes of passionfruit and melon from the Wairau Valley vineyards.

A stylish and pleasingly rich wine with vibrant aromatics and a fine balance of acidity leading to a lingering finish.
