A wonderful, fresh, dry wine with fine citrus aromas accompanied by notes of jasmine and orange blossom. The vineyard is located 150 metres above sea level and it is near the coast where the winds help keep the temperature down.
The wine is stored and refined in stainless steel for 4 months.
Try with crustacean and shellfish dishes or grilled fish.
Suitable for vegetarians.
