An elegant wine typical of the Mosel region in Germany. It has just enough ripeness to balance out the acidity, characterised by a fragrant nose with a hint of honey and green apricot. A blast of fruit on the initial palate gives way to intense minerality and crisp acidity.

The cool climate of the Mosel is the ideal setting for creating low alcohol wines and this is a great example.
