A deep purple coloured wine with ruby red hues. Plenty of blackcurrant, dark plum aromas with a hint of black olive. The palate is rich and generous with black fruits and roasted coffee. The wine is full bodied and aged in oak but this is very restrained and does not overpower the wine and it has a long persistent finish.

Taken from the pristine soils of the Limestone Coast, this Cabernet Sauvignon shows the trademark bright fruit and generous flavours associated with the region. The cool air flow and long sunshine hours in this area provide extended ripening and hence complexity. Cabernet is well suited to this climate, developing intense black fruit aromas whilst maintaining lovely natural acidity and a sturdy tannin structure.
