Pale gold in colour with youthful highlights. On the nose, there are intense aromas of grapefruit which are balanced with a touch of minerality and floral notes. On the palate, it has a crisp acidity with a long, mineral finish.

The Torrontés and Riesling grapes were grown on the Finca San Isidoro and Finca Las Mercedes vineyards. These are located in the Cafayate Valley in the very heart of the Calchaqui Valley, distinguished for being the highest wine region in the world. The climate here is very dry, with just 150mm of rain in an average year and a huge diurnal temperature change of around 20°C. The soils here are rocky, poor and sandy so the roots of the vines are forced to dig deep to find the vital nutrients and water they need, which in turn results in a huge concentration of flavour within the fruit.

 A juicy, full bodied red with a bright nose with ripe blackberry plum fruit and sweet spice. The palate is silky and warming with more black fruit, plums and cherries. The wine is vibrant with an alluring blend of fruit along with clove, pepper and cinnamon spice finished off with well structured integrated tannins. A great wine with a fresh finish.

An intense purplish red coloured wine with deep aromatic notes of juicy plum, fresh violets and roses and a hint of cedar. In the mouth, it is medium bodied and round in texture with plush, raspberry, vanilla and violet notes. This leads to soft tannins and a persistent finish. The grapes are hand picked and the wine is aged in French oak for 6 months.

Try with red meats, raw ham, medium cheeses, grilled meats, pork and grilled chicken.

A crisp, delicate rosé with aromas of summer berries and citrus fruits. On the palate it's dry yet fruity, with fresh flavours of redcurrants and strawberries.

Grapes are grown in the Finca El Retiro vineyards located 1,650 mts above sea level in Cafayate, Salta. Surrounded by ancient and magnificent cacti, the vineyard age is 65 years vines produce approx. 15 tones/hectares. Harvest takes place by hand in three batches between end of January when just ripe; 2 weeks later when just right; and one week after that which adds complexity. Use of selected yeast. Maceration in press with carbonic for 4 hours. Alcoholic fermentation for 25 days at a temperature between 13 ºC & 15 ºC. Non spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
