A crisp and elegantly fruity dry wine. The vineyards are situated near the village of Monestier. The extra distance from the coast gives the wines a slightly fuller and richer character because of the warmer climate.
The wine is a classic blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. Made by husband and wife team Pascal and Flavie Cuisset.
