A deep dark cherry red wine made from Tempranillo grapes that are hand harvested. The nose is fresh and intense with attractive blackberry and raspberry hints. Spicy and toasted in the background with hints of toffee, coffee and vanilla. The palate is powerful, lively and tasty with attractive hints of ripe fruit accompanied by chocolate. liquorice and cocoa with a long persistent finish.

After harvest, the selected grapes are fermented for 12 to 15 days. The wine is aged for 5 months in fine grained oak barrels - 70% of these are French and the other 30% are American.

Goes well with pasta, Iberian cold cuts, poultry and all kinds of grilled or roasted meat.

Grapes are selected and destemmed before crushing. The wine spends 12 - 14 months in toasted American oak barrels which lend spicy aromas and flavours to the wine.

The wine is Garnet red with tawny hues. Juicy hedgerow fruits and a touch of smoky vanilla on the nose backed by hints of cedar spice. Smooth and well structured with a lingering finish.

Serve with any red meat, lamb, cheese and game.

A dark, intense and robust red blend from the Douro. The palate delivers a crescendo of blackberry, ripe black cherries and plums layered over subtle spice and a bold, rich finish. Best enjoyed with the volume turned up.

Slightly perfumed, ripe melon fruit on the nose. The palate is weighty and ripe but remains fresh and saline. After a well rounded attack, the palate is lifted by a crisp note typical of the wines from this terroir.

Grapes grown for this wine are only a stones throw from oyster leases in Etang de Thau bay. It is the prefect match for oysters, mussels and grilled fish. Or you can enjoy it on its own.
