Bolla was the first winery to produce a wine with the name "Amarone" on the label, in 1953. After harvest, the hand-picked grapes are laid out to dry in hillside barns called "fruttai", to concentrate their flavours and bring added complexity to the wine - a traditional winemaking technique from roman times.

Rich, full-bodied flavours of black cherries, prunes and cedar spice are followed by a long, elegant finish.
Aged in oak for minimum of 2 years.

Amarone Bolla is produced on the hills of the Classico district. 300-350 meters above sea level, with south-west and south-east aspecting.

Nice bright coloured wine with hints of purple. Hardly showing any signs of age. The wine has an intense bouquet of ripe red berries, notably strawberry and raspberry. The palate is sup[ple and full of flavour. The wine is not aged in oak to retain the fruitiness and pure expression of the fruits.

 Attractive, juicy, bramble fruit and floral aromas, the palate is up-front and fresh with warm spice and real depth.

 Patrice Armand, a Cairanne neighbour of Domaine Boutinot Rhône owns 40ha of vines which see plenty of sunshine throughout the year and benefit from both the Mistral wind – which keeps things cooler and disease-free – and higher than average rainfall. His vieilles vignes (old vines) are between 60 and 70 years old and, in their old age, are achieving low but concentrated yields of 45hl/ha. We mainly source La Chapelle de Marin from three of Patrice’s parcels which lie on poor soils with a high limestone content - La Combe d’Antide, La Beraude and, on the sandier lower slopes, Les Sablières. Hand-picked bunches are carefully destemmed and vinified using traditional ‘minimal intervention’ techniques. This wine is made without the use of oak to retain the pure fresh fruit character.

 Lovely with BBQs; grilled meats, halloumi and vegetables. Herby sausages, pasta with Mediterranean vegetables.

This South African Sauvignon Blanc is produced from grapes grown in the Western Cape. With its slightly cooler climate the grapes are allowed to ripen more slowly, the perfect conditions to make top quality Sauvignon. The nose has grassy aromas with a dry, crisp, well rounded gooseberry style to the wine and bags of fruit on the finish.

A deeply coloured red which is showing no signs of age. Lots of inky black fruits on the nose that carry thought to the palate. Full bodied with ripe berried fruit with a nice long finish.

A delicate, moderately light bodied wine. Medium dry packed with zippy citrus, lime and apple flavours typical of wines from this region. Perfect by itself or to complement mild cheeses, salads, shellfish and poultry.

This refreshing, aromatic wine has wonderful aromas of fresh limes and ripe citrus, with a juicy gooseberry palate and lingering finish.

Pair it with your favourite seafood and pasta dishes. 

The fruit for this wine was grown in four Wairarapa vineyards, each with differing soils. One is stony loams, from which this wine is predominantly produced, while the others are a mixture of silt loams and hillside clays. This variety provides different flavour profiles, which helps us to increase the complexity of the finished wine. These vines are relatively young, and are cropped at low yield levels to give intensely flavoured grapes.

The focus in the winery is to capture the pure fruit flavours that come from the vineyard, whilst adding complexity through our winemaking efforts to produce a multi-dimensional wine. This is achieved by tank fermenting the juice using yeasts that are able to ferment at low temperatures – preserving the essential fruit flavours.

A bright and zesty white blend from Castilla-La Mancha, combining Verdejo’s aromatic lift with Sauvignon Blanc’s freshness. The bouquet is lively with citrus, green apple and pear, layered with hints of tropical fruit and herbal notes. The palate is crisp and refreshing, showing juicy orchard fruit, vibrant acidity and a clean, balanced finish. A touch of aromatic spice adds depth, making this an easy yet characterful everyday white.

 This Verdejo–Sauvignon Blanc reflects modern winemaking and the region’s sunny climate, producing a wine that is approachable, versatile and expressive.

Some minerality coming through on the nose. Nicely made clean wine with a decent amount of sunny fruit coming through in the palate. Both grapes to the fore Organic and suitable for Vegans.
