This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah showcases a deep ruby red colour. Aromas of cassis, black plums, and red fruits are complemented by subtle hints of black pepper and vanilla. The mineral-rich plains of the Thracian Lowlands are home to wild deer that freely roam amongst the peach trees and vineyards.

The wine shows subtle blackberries on the nose. The palate is rich in red fruit characters as well as integrated tannins and smooth vanilla flavours.

A deep purple coloured wine with ruby red hues. Plenty of blackcurrant, dark plum aromas with a hint of black olive. The palate is rich and generous with black fruits and roasted coffee. The wine is full bodied and aged in oak but this is very restrained and does not overpower the wine and it has a long persistent finish.

Taken from the pristine soils of the Limestone Coast, this Cabernet Sauvignon shows the trademark bright fruit and generous flavours associated with the region. The cool air flow and long sunshine hours in this area provide extended ripening and hence complexity. Cabernet is well suited to this climate, developing intense black fruit aromas whilst maintaining lovely natural acidity and a sturdy tannin structure.

Ruby red in colour. The nose is intense, with a pronounced presence of fruity aromas such as cherries and strawberries as well as truffle and chocolate. Medium bodied, well balanced, and delicate, with particularly smooth tannins and rich acidity, resulting in a juicy and very pleasing wine with a persistent finish.

Ideal with meat-based dishes and stews. This wine shows a unique harmony with grilled blood sausage, slow-cooked beef, and pastas such as gnocchi with blue cheese. Serve at 18ºC in a Bordeauxstyle glass.
The grapes for this wine come from organic vineyards of Los Morros and Los Robles in the Maipo Valley. Soils are alluvial, rich in minerals with good drainage and irrigated by water from the snow  thaw. The grapes were hand picked. The Maipo zone has ideal conditions for growing Cabernet Sauvignon. The Maipo River regulates the temperatures naturally and prevents frost and extremes of heat and cold. The spring of 2013 was slightly colder than the historic average, followed by a summer with high temperatures, which accelerated ripening and prevented the delays that were initially predicted for the 2014 harvest. Rainfall in the Maipo Valley was concentrated in the winter months and reached approximately 250 mm, which is well below the nearly 450 mm recorded during the 2012–2013 season. The grape reception area includes a double selection conveyor belt that allows selection first at the bunch level and again after destemming. Vinification begins with a 4–5-day prefermentation cold soak at 8ºC followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts at 26ºC and a pumpovers program determined by enological criteria. Malolactic fermentation takes place naturally in tanks and barrels, where the wine is aged at controlled temperatures for 12 months. It is neither fined nor stabilized; it is just lightly filtered with a 1-micron cartridge filter prior
to bottling.

This Cabernet Sauvignon comes from select vineyards in California with warm days and cool nights. These vineyards are characterized by a long growing season which helps develop ripe and round fruit flavours. Each vineyard was harvested and fermented separately in upright stainless steel fermenters. Rack and return, which is the process of draining all of the free-run juice off the cap and then returning the free-run juice back over the top of the fermenter, was performed twice daily. This method increases colour and tannin extraction and improves the mouthfeel through the integration of oxygen. This wine was aged for 12 months in neutral oak.

Flavours of red cherry, anise, and a hint of vanilla, abound in this Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is well balanced with medium tannins, a smooth mid-palate and a spicy, coffee finish.

A rich full bodied wine with plenty of blackcurrant and plum flavours. The palate is full and concentrated with soft tannins.

Serve with red and grilled, barbecued meats and mature cheese.

This wine is ideal with well-seasoned, strong-flavoured dishes, such as pasta with Bolognese sauce, stuffed cannelloni, grilled beef, pork, or poultry. It also goes very nicely with ripe cheeses, salami, ham, and pastrami.
 
The Central Valley vitivinicultural zone extends from the Maipo Valley in the north to the Maule Valley in the south. The entire zone has good drainage, high fertility, and tremendous agricultural aptitude, especially for red grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère, and others. The Mediterranean climate has warm summers with broad daily oscillations between daytime and night time temperatures, and cold, rainy winters that allow for good vine development. The soils are of alluvial origin with moderate depth, and good for agriculture. The grapes were hand picked in mid- April and submitted to a week-long pre-fermentation cold soak at 8ºC (46ºF) to extract fresh fruit characteristics. Alcoholic fermentation took place at 25º–28ºC with daily pump-overs. The new wine remained on its skins for a period, after which the free run wine was separated from its skins and allowed to undergo malolactic fermentation naturally. Part of this wine was aged in oak barrels for 6 months and later reblended to achieve a more complex character.

True Cabernet Sauvignon nose, dark chocolate, black berries, and cassis. The palate pure and fresh with classic notes of dark berries, rosemary, cigar box and dark chocolate. Tannins are finely structured and supported by a rich and creamy texture. Ready to enjoy but will reward cellaring over the next three to five years.

Grapes are picked at optimal ripeness and transported to the cellar and de-stemmed into tank. The wines spend between 7 and 12 days on the skins depending on the tannin structure, with three to four pump overs per day and then pressed to undergo malolactic fermentation in tank. 

Clear and brilliant wine with a ruby hue. The nose evokes garrigue, ripe fruits, pepper, and sunshine. The palate has a mellow attack. The finish continues with notes of Morello cherries, slightly spicy.

A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. An elegant, fruity wine.

Drink with red meat dishes such as beef and lamb dishes, duck, sausages, venison and cheeses.
