Casa Ermelinda Freitas is a fourth-generation family winery located in Fernando Pó on Portugal’s Setúbal Peninsula, south of Lisbon. Led by Leonor Freitas, the winery began bottling under its own label in 1997 after significant investment in modern facilities. The region’s Mediterranean climate, with hot summers, cool winters, and over 300 hours of sun per month, contributes to the production of distinctive, high-quality wines.

This wine presents a dark violet colour. Intense aromas of blackberries and black plums, violets and hints of spices. The palate is rich, with the presence of fine herbs and a touch of cocoa accompanied by notes of mint and violet and the sweetness of vanilla from oak ageing. A very well concentrated, with velvety and well-integrated tannins.

Pale straw in colour with fine bubbles. The nose has notes of green apple, citrus and white flowers. The wine is crisp and dry with notes of green apple, lemon and hints of peach. It is clean and refreshing with a lively acidity and mineral notes.

 Domaine Boyar International AD is one of the biggest players on the Bulgarian wine scene. Thanks to its unique access to premium grapes and its state of the art winery, we have been able to develop incredibly successful ranges for the UK market. The mineral-rich plains of the Thracian Lowlands are home to wild deer that freely roam amongst the peach trees and vineyards.

The wine shows subtle blackberries on the nose. The palate is rich in red fruit characters as well as integrated tannins and smooth vanilla flavours.

True Cabernet Sauvignon nose, dark chocolate, black berries, and cassis. The palate pure and fresh with classic notes of dark berries, rosemary, cigar box and dark chocolate. Tannins are finely structured and supported by a rich and creamy texture. Ready to enjoy but will reward cellaring over the next three to five years.

Grapes are picked at optimal ripeness and transported to the cellar and de-stemmed into tank. The wines spend between 7 and 12 days on the skins depending on the tannin structure, with three to four pump overs per day and then pressed to undergo malolactic fermentation in tank.

 Deer Point Chardonnay Domaine Boyar is back with fresher and fruitier wines, including this light, appley, zesty, cinnamon and sandalwood-spiced gem from the Thracian Lowlands in the south. A surprisingly adept creamy chardonnay with subtle inflections of lemon and spice that shows how good Eastern European winemaking can be.

The nose is enticing with notes of yellow apple, pear and citrus. The palate is medium-bodied with a creamy texture and notes of apple, yellow citrus and tropical pineapple. The finish is crisp and clean with an aftertaste of lovely citrus and stone fruits. 

Grapes are picked in the early hours of the morning to retain freshness and aromatics. De-stemmed and crushed straight to the press with no skin contact. The majority of the fermintation takes place in stainless steel while 4% of the wine is fermented in old oak to add depth and structure to the palate. After fermentation, the wine is kept on the lees until bottled. 

Goyenechea Winery was founded in 1868 by the brothers Santiago and Narciso Goyenechea. These Spanish immigrants commenced their business activity in Argentina by establishing wine and spirits stores in Buenos Aires. Later on they purchased an estate and winery in Villa Atuel, to the south of the Mendoza Province. A few decades later, between 1930 and 1940, the Goyenechea and the Arizu families planted vines and developed the largest vineyard in the world.

Celebrating the first centenary of Goyenechea, this deep-red wine, with violet and purple highlights has dark fruit notes, and a distinctive smoky touch from oak; 50% of the wine spends 6 months in French barrique and once bottled the wine is cellared at the winery for one year to ensure it is ready to drink when released.

Bright gold with straw yellow tints. Very elegant aromas with white flowers, hazelnuts and a hint of toast and vanilla. Rich and creamy on the palate, this Marsanne reveals a well-balanced acidity and a long finish.

Light ruby in colour. Red cherries, cranberries, dried herbs and subtle spice on the nose. Bright and expressive with red berries, fine tannins and integrated oak. It has a long and elegant finish with hints of earth and spice. 

Goes with both soft and hard cheeses and duck.

From the cool climate of Adelaide Hills, this lively white wine delivers lifted aromas of passionfruit and gooseberry. The palate offers tropical fruit flavours layered with hints of grapefruit and nettle, finishing with a zesty citrus snap. Medium-bodied with a smooth texture, it’s an easy-drinking choice that pairs beautifully with goat cheese, fresh seafood or roast chicken.

Pale yellow in colour. This bright Viognier has expressive aromas of apricot, peach and orange and a fresh juicy palate.

Los Gansos is dedicated to the geese roaming around the vineyards, alongside friendly plants and insects, in order to keep harmful pests away from the vines, just as nature intended.

Zinfandel is a typically Californian vintage to have originated in Italy, more specifically in the Apulia Region of Southern Italy. It is believed to have been brought to California by emigrants from Southern Italy. The wine is made to a traditional process that takes into account the grapes character. This requires excellent quality grapes and the vineyards total dedication to this process. 

The wine is ruby red with crimson tinges and has aromas of coffee, blackberries, red berries. 

The palate is mellow to start, with round and delicate tannins. Then follows a warm lingering finish. 

Ideal with pasta, pizza, grilled chicken or on it's own as an aperitif.
