Mahogany colour and light green-amber traces. It has aromas of caramel, dried fruits, and cigar leaves. It's a velvety wine with notes of nuts, coffee, and cardamom.

WINEMAKING: This 50-year-old Port wine was aged in old Port wine oak casks. The final blend was obtained by mixing selected old wines with ages ranging from 40 to 65 years, chosen by the master blender. These blends have an average age of over 50 years. If necessary, a slight filtration is carried out before bottling.

FOOD PAIRING:  Enjoy this port as an aperitif, served chilled. Or if you prefer, pair it with Crème Brûlée, or Apple Pie with vanilla ice cream and toffee caramel drizzle.

STORAGE:  It is recommended to store it in a cool place, at a constant temperature (ideal storage temperature of 12ºC), protected from light, and in a horizontal position

Maury is a “vin doux naturel” style wine created by adding fortifying spirits, such as brandy, to the wine in mid-fermentation. Selected from vines older than forty years and matured in new oak barrels, 100% Grenache.

The colour is deep and brilliant garnet red. The first nose reveals aromas of blackcurrant liqueurs and sweet spices. With aeration, notes of chocolate intermingled with roasting and stewed black fruits are revealed.

On the palate, cherry, cocoa and creaminess explode. All sublimated by an acidic balance and coated tannins. The subtle wood brings complexity to make this wine a real meal wine, from aperitif to dessert.

Enjoy with rich dessert, chocolate and caramel. blue-veined cheese (Fourme d'Ambert, Bleu de Gex...), chocolate fondant with a raspberry coulis. Or after a day's work with an ice cube.

Winemaking: After selecting our oldest plots, for their low yields and deep rooting in order to obtain extreme ripeness without stress for the plant, we carry out a traditional vinification with total destemming and maceration at low temperature until mutage. After 35 days of maceration, we keep the coule wine for the barrelling of our demi-muids for 12 months in a reducing medium (without oxygen).

 From some of the oldest living Riesling blocks in New Zealand, this is a zesty wonderland of lime and joy.

 Heaphy Riesling comes from 30 & 50 year old unirrigated vines grown on Moutere clay soils, the wine is a delightful red apple and lime combo whose generous body and lifted aromatics. Harvested in late February then crushed to tank, settled and racked, then allowed to settle on fine lees for 8 months prior to bottling.

 A nose of fresh ginger, cardamom and jasmine over a rich palate of juicy lime, red apple and stone fruit, with generous mouthfeel and texture in the finish. Feels like lounging in the sun.

A lively, vibrant wine with passionfruit and black pepper notes on the nose. The palate is textured and intertwined with flavours of honeydew melon, gooseberry and citrus while still carrying an herbaceous freshness. There is a long, dry, full finish. The wine is unoaked.
