A pale translucent pink sparkling wine with fresh fruit aromas and hints of strawberry and musk. Velvety and full with a persistent bead and fresh finish.

It is medium sweet and light bodied.

Perfect on it's own or enjoy with fresh fruits or seafood.

The winery select fruit from vines with generous canopies allowing natural fruit ripening. The fruit is picked and gently pressed and the juice allowed to settle naturally before being filtered. The wine is cold fermented to retain fresh fruit characters.
